Acceptable Use & Privacy

Organic Planner must not be used to upload unlawful content, interfere with service integrity, probe security controls, or process data that the user is not authorized to share with O8 Software.

Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded planning data is accurate, appropriately governed, and stripped of unnecessary personal or sensitive information wherever possible.

O8 Software applies reasonable operational, technical, and organizational measures to protect data and service availability, while customers remain responsible for their own internal access control and approval workflows.

Activity that threatens platform stability, customer confidentiality, or legal compliance may lead to immediate restriction or suspension.
