Organic Planner is provided by O8 Software for evaluation, onboarding, and subscribed business use subject to applicable commercial agreements.

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes connected to supply chain planning and operational decision-making.

Product outputs support business decisions but do not remove the customer's responsibility to review recommendations, approvals, and downstream operational actions.

O8 Software retains all rights in the platform, software, models, and related intellectual property except where a written agreement states otherwise.

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, breach of agreement, or unpaid commercial obligations.
